Ausbildung:<\/b>
\nIhre fotografische Ausbildung absolviert Evelyn Hofer w\u00e4hrend ihres kurzen Aufenthalts in der Schweiz. Sie geht beim Fotostudio Bettina in Z\u00fcrich in die Lehre und lernt bei Robert Spreng in Basel. Zus\u00e4tzlich nimmt sie Privatunterricht bei Professor Hans Finsler an der Fotografieschule Z\u00fcrich. Ihre Karriere als freischaffende Fotografin startet sie 1947 in New York. Erste Auftr\u00e4ge im Bereich Modefotografie erh\u00e4lt sie durch den Maler Richard Lindner und Alexey Brodovitch Anfang der 50er Jahre f\u00fcr die Zeitschrift Harper\u2019s Bazaar<\/i>.<\/p>\n
